I am a certified womb steam facilitator and avid practitioner for 8 years, a Reiki and Seichim Master, certified Reflexologist and trained in Mayan Abdominal Bodywork. I I live and work with energy, plants and food as medicine.

The studies and wisdom used in the practices I offer reach across cultures of USA, Asia, South America and Central America.

Steaming and womb care has helped balance my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

My soul calling is working with women healing from postpartum and trauma. Postpartum is any number of years after birthing a baby.
