This is a 30 minute phone chat. Tell me about your womb history. Are there physical symptoms like fibroids or cysts? Are there energetic and emotional symptoms like fear or unworthiness? With this share and discovery we can create a customized womb practice to begin to release your attachment to these symptoms.

Every womb has a story and so does the womb. Allow me to create a sacred ceremony that celebrates all that you are, so that you may feel your divinity. This is a ceremony for if you are beginning to activate your womb or for those who are continuing their womb care practices and read to release a lingering physical or emotional womb symptom.

This can be 1-3 hours long, it is in person service. I can meet you in your home or welcome you in my steaming space for your session. We begin with drinking mama cacao or chocolate calling in our intentions and listening to any messages that want to come through. This ceremony involves a 20-30 minute steam, Reiki or massage and a few minutes for discussion before and after if you have questions or would like to share something from your steaming experience.

After pregnancy, laboring and birthing a beautiful being into this world, postpartum care is essential for the radiance of the mother, which extends to the whole family unit.

This is a 3 hour, in-person service. I will join you in your home, a few weeks after giving birth. providing care for you, and your new baby. We can create a specific caring container that involves, a womb steam, postpartum massage, Mayan Abdominal Massage, herbal teas, Reflexology, Reiki, sound bath, and kitchen or home care.

You can schedule post-natal services for yourself or a friend, we recommend it!scheduling in advance.

Sitting with other women is medicine. Gathering in a circle of women steaming can empower, foster creativity, nurture and ground us. Experience the magnitude of love, support, and care as we together release the old stories and reclaim our divine paths.

This sacred and transformational experience is a 2-3 hour container. We can travel to you for this expansive event or house you in our sacred space. This is a perfect container to add to your women’s retreat or another womb centered celebration.

The circle can be customized. You can include cacao, sharing your womb her-story, steaming, sacred dancing, pulling oracle cards, journaling, sound bath, or a group Reiki energy bath. We provide steaming bowls, herbs, music, tea, a womb meditation and space for sharing for a circle of 2-4 steamers. If your circle of women is larger, we can adjust by inviting another facilitator to increase the circle to 6-8 women. Contact us to create a sacred space for you and your friends or clients.

One week steam sauna rental Includes materials for three steams, herbs and equipment and daily 15 minute checkins with a steaming facilitator. Having access to a steam set up for one full week allows you to steam as much a s you’d like and need in 7 days, especially If you are targeting a physical or energetic symptom. This is ideal method to release the energy in your womb. This method and accessiblity gives you full range to explore in your own time the potency of steaming. We will lovingly come and set it up for you on first rental.

This is a 1-1.5 hr session where specific points in your feet, hands and ears are stimulated that are connected to your whole body. This loving touch will help your body detox and help you feel more relaxed. I can welcome you in my sacred space or travel to your space. This session can include Reiki energetic healing upon request.

In the session, we will begin with a cup of cacao/ chocolate and put intentions into the session. You will receive 45 minutes of universal love and life force energy. Reiki is known as white light energy and Seichim is known as Rainbow light energy. Both are healing, relaxing and balance your nervous system, allowing you to walk out much calmer and happier.

60 minutes- 2 hour sessions of intuitive full body massage

My 8+ years as a Reflexologist and now trained with Mayan Abdominal and Full Body Massage in 2025, I offer 1-2 hour sessions of healing touch. I use a warming balm that heals deep into the muscles, bones and tissues. Massages can infused with Reiki, ceremonial drum, shanti bells and and crystal bowls.
