you can light steam (no crock pot or heat source, just the steaming tea, 10-15 minutes)

How do I steam?

there are two ways you can begin to steam.

book a session with our steam facilitator. our steam facilitator will create a steam ritual in your home or you may visit our steaming space. this steam session will feed you deep ancient wisdom of the herbs, when to steam according to your moon cycle (period), how long to steam, contraindications, different steam positions, womb intention and complimentary womb practices.

or

you can intuitively steam with minimal outside guidance, allowing the guidance to come from within. get the basic information on making the steam tea with herbs from your yard or garden and the effective steaming positions. this is an opportunity to deeply honoring your intuition by stepping onto your autonomous path of self healing.

How do I set up a steam in my home?

you will need organic herbs, boiling water, ceramic pot (bonus if it has a lid), long skirt or natural fiber blanket and either a steam stool/ sauna or knowledge of positions for the floor steaming.
